About Amy

Amy is a partner in the Birmingham office, where she focuses her practice on real estate litigation, with a particular interest in title insurance coverage and curative issues. She is also experienced in representing title insurers in litigated and non-litigated matters. Amy also has experience with various areas of commercial litigation, including representing financial institutions, manufacturers and hotels. Amy has been recognized as a Rising Star in Business Litigation since 2011 in Alabama SuperLawyers and as a Rising Star in Banking law in Mid-South SuperLawyers since 2016. She is listed as AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. She regularly presents seminars on title insurance law in Alabama.
